If you have any comments, questions or want to ask me for a commission, please contact me at Vheachan@gmail.com with the subject “Commission Inquiry Order”. Don’t panic, I won’t ignore them, as soon as I recieve them, I’ll answer you ASAP to let you know that I recieved the mail safely ^^.

Now I’m open to all kind of commissions; pencil, ink or digital illustration ^^, even I can colour it by hand, but this last one takes more time for me to do it ^^Uu.

While I’m making the drawing, I will maintain close ties with the customer, sending him or her sketches and colour tests of the requested picture, that’s for making suggestions to the customer, and to proof if him or her wants to change anything while I’m still drawing it, and if that’s the case, he or she can comment me things about the drawing without any problem; that will help the customer to be more satisfied with the final result.

If the customer does not comment or suggest me anything while I’m working on the commission, I will assume that him or her hasn’t any problem with what I’m doing and I will continue the illustration to its end. When I finish the illustration, I will not go back to change anything, and the illustration will remain as I have done it before, so please, look exhaustively the sketches, the inking and the colour bases, so we won’t have any problem or setback.

Payment can be made by Paypal, check or bank cash. I prefer the Paypal method, for it’s free and it’s the easiest for both parties involved, but if you prefer other payment methods, please tell me about them.

After recieving the mail with the commission order, and having answered you, accepting the order, we will proceed to negotiate the prices, because every commission is different. It can be that some kind of drawings would cost more or less than you imagine ^^.

Note: Things I WILL NOT DRAW:

-Explicit porn (however, artistic nude is ok)
-Extreme gore
-Characters with copyright that neither you nor I have credit to use
-Nothing that I may find offensive

When you have already decided what you want me to draw, please send me an email with a very detailed description (the more detailed, the better, that will make the picture more fitted to the customer’s likes, so he or she will be more pleased with it). Please don’t be shy and tell me ALL the details you have in mind!! ^^. The story and the personality of the character, his or her likes etc... all this info will be very helpful for me. Even if you want to send me a sketch made by you of what you want me to draw, will be helpful, and will make my work easier!!

If I do not have enough information about the commission, I will have to ask you many things about it, so please, don’t make me waste my time asking things that could be directly described by you in the email where you ask me for the commission.

When I finish the commission, I will send you two files: one in .PSD (photoshop) (the figure and the background in separated layers), for maximum quality and for prints, and the other one in its highest resolution and size in .JPG format.

If you’re ok with everything I have said before, and want to ask me for a commission, I would rather prefer you to send me the 50% of the agreed price before I begin working ( for the payment guaranty, you know ^^), and the rest when I finish the commission. But well, it does not mean you have no other way to pay me, the whole price can be paid to me at the begining or the ending, because the illustration won’t be sent to you till I get the payment for it ^^.

My prices are in Euros. Euro is a bit more than US Dollar. Check Rate conversor for the exact conversion! ^__^

Portraits (Head, shoulders...)
Standard: 1 character with white or single-coloured background, more or less.

-Pencil, lineart (shaded with pencil too) : 4€ -additional character: 2€ each one.
-Ink, lineart: 7€ -additional character: 3,5€ each one
-Digital coloured illustration: 10 - 17€ (depending on its complexity) -additional character: 5 - 8,5€ each one

-Background: 10€ per hour. If the backgroung is very simple, probably I won’t charge any supplement.

Half body (From head to waist or navel)
Standard: 1 character with white or single-coloured background.

-Pencil, lineart: 7€ -additional character: 3€
-Ink, lineart: 12 – 17 € more or less -additional character: 5 – 8€ (depending on its complexity)
-Digital coloured illustration: 20 – 35€ more or less -additional character: 10 – 17€ each one

- Simple background: 10€ per hour. If the backgroung is very simple, probably I won’t charge any supplement.
- Complicated background: Negotiable price, depending on its complexity, 15 – 50€, more or less.
- Additional objects: objects, pets etc... : negotiable price, depending on the complexity. For more info, contact me.

Full body
Standard: 1 character with white or single-coloured background.

-Pencil, lineart: 10€ -additional character: 4€
-Ink, lineart: 15 – 25€ -additional character: 8 – 12€ each one (depending on the complexity)
-Digital coloured illustration: 30 – 60€ -additional character: 15 – 23€ each one (depending on the complexity)

-Simple background: 10€ per hour. If the backgroung is very simple, probably I won’t charge any supplement.
-Complicated background: 20 – 26€ (depending on its complexity)
-Additional objects: objects, pets etc... : negotiable price, depending on the complexity. For more info, contact me.

All these prices are negotiable, but it depends, as I explained before, on the complexity and the details that the customer wants to have in his/her request. In case you have any doubts about the prices and the conditions, don’t hesitate to ask me ^^.
